Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior coaching experience and knowledge of sports rules and regulations.
• Prior playing experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Flexible and team-oriented; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate practice and game schedules.
• Attend all practices and games.
• Understand and apply sport rules according to school and league standards.
• Supervise equipment, supplies, and uniforms; ensure care and return.
• Coordinate with Site Coordinator and Athletics Director to communicate guidelines for student athletes.
• Report injuries promptly to the Site Coordinator and Athletics Director.
• Supervise student-athletes and ensure sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Meet with Site Coordinator and Athletics Director as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
