Job summary

MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLC in Parrish, Florida is seeking an experienced physician to lead a brand-new value-based care outpatient practice. You will take ownership of an established panel of patients and guide the clinic as the clinical leader in a solo, independent setting.

The ideal candidate has value-based care or Medicare Advantage experience, a Florida license, and a track record of practicing independently.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• DEA registration.
• Minimum 3+ years value-based care or Medicare Advantage experience.
• Proven ability to practice independently in a solo or small practice setting.
• Strong clinical decision-making and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to start promptly — immediate need.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of an established patient panel and lead the practice going forward.
• Practice medicine with autonomy in a solo outpatient value-based care setting.
• Focus on outcomes and relationships with patients.
• Maintain a schedule with Monday–Friday hours and no on-call requirements.
