Job summary

MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc seeks an experienced Value-Based Care Physician (MD or DO) to lead a brand-new solo outpatient clinic in Daphne, Alabama. You will establish culture and standards, with complete clinical autonomy from day one and a growing patient panel in a Medicare Advantage/value-based care framework.

The role requires a medical degree, Alabama license or eligibility, and 2–3 years in value-based care. Start before October 1, 2026 to align with opening.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Adult Primary Care.
• Active Alabama medical license or eligibility to obtain.
• DEA registration.
• Minimum 2–3 years value-based care or Medicare Advantage experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to practice independently as a solo provider.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — excited about building a practice from the ground up.
• Strong patient relationship skills and clinical decision‑making ability.
• Available to start before October 1, 2026 — clinic opening date is fixed.
