MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLC in Plant City, FL seeks an experienced physician to lead a value-based care adult patient panel in a solo outpatient setting. Immediate replacement with a strong focus on patient outcomes and work-life balance.

The role emphasizes time with patients, a fixed 8:30–5 schedule, and bonuses tied to quality outcomes. Base salary is $250k–$300k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Adult Primary Care
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
• DEA registration
• Experience in value-based care or Medicare Advantage preferred
• Strong clinical decision-making with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to start promptly — immediate need

Responsibilities

• Provide adult value-based care in a solo outpatient setting.
• Lead care with Medicare Advantage focus.
• Schedule 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Mon–Fri.
• Manage 12–16 adult patients per day.
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.
