Job summary

MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLC in Sarasota, FL seeks a Value Based Care Physician to join our team. The physician will have an administrative and operational role while delivering primary medical care through exams, tests, and treatment planning.

This position is safety-sensitive, reports to the Regional Manager, and collaborates with clinical teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited school.
• Active state medical license.
• ACLS/BLS certification required.
• Experience with electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care including physical exams, tests, and treatment plans.
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants as required.
• Maintain timely electronic health records within 48 hours of visits.
• Deliver quality care in a managed care environment.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and clinical teams to ensure patient care quality.
