Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests and assist the Account Manager on-site. You will greet guests, manage valet procedures, and provide information about local amenities and parking rules.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and safety, including handling guest concerns and maintaining confidentiality. The schedule runs 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with tips as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.
• Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training course.
• Six months related experience and/or training or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Open doors, assist with parking and valet, and handle guest inquiries.
• Provide bell services, directions, taxis, reservations, and information about local area.
• Assist with scheduling and shift communications; support Account Manager as needed.
• Ensure accuracy of tickets, keys, and vehicle location in the valet system.
