Job summary

att is seeking a Principal UX Researcher to shape employee experiences across HR and workforce technology platforms. You will lead strategic research initiatives to uncover employee needs, inform product decisions, and drive measurable improvements in user experience, adoption, and business outcomes.

You will define research strategies, lead lifecycle research from discovery through optimization, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UX research for complex digital products, enterprise platforms, or workflow-driven experiences.
• Proven ability to synthesize research into clear insights and decision-ready narratives.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, usability studies, surveys, and journey mapping.

Responsibilities

• Define research strategies aligned to product roadmaps and business goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive research plans to inform design and product decisions.
• Identify knowledge gaps across employee journeys and recommend research approaches.
• Lead research across the full product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and executive readouts.
• Communicate insights to product, design, HR, and leadership teams and guide prioritization.
