Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Lead User Researcher to own research across agentic experiences and event technology within the Digital User Research team. You will drive strategy, employ mixed methods, and synthesize insights to shape product direction and customer experiences.

The role requires leadership across multiple projects, strong storytelling, and the ability to influence executive audiences. Travel to Salesforce events is expected.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in qualitative research with fluency in quantitative methods
• Plan, design, and execute foundational, generative, evaluative research
• Travel to Salesforce events four to five times per year for on-site research
