Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in experience design or related fields.
• Enterprise-level technology transformation consulting experience is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation and design work.
• Expert visual design and prototyping capabilities.
• Strong research and synthesis skills with data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Experience balancing user needs, business requirements, and tech constraints.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
