Job summary

Experian is seeking a UX Research, Design & Engineering Lead to shape the Agentic Service Catalog experience. This remote-friendly, full-time role blends user research, product design, and front-end engineering to create AI-powered interfaces that simplify complex workflows.

You will partner with users, product leaders, architects, and engineers to uncover needs, map journeys, and design scalable patterns using React and TypeScript, reporting to the VP of Intelligent Automation & Data Platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience delivering UX for complex software products.
Strong user research, design, and iterative validation capabilities.
Ability to translate complex technical workflows into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research to understand needs, challenges, and workflows.
Design intuitive experiences that help users achieve outcomes with confidence.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design patterns.
Build production-ready front-end experiences using React and TypeScript.
Partner with product, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
Use research, feedback, and data to continuously improve the experience.
