This senior role leads experience strategy and design for critical parts of the digital customer journey—helping customers discover products, navigate an extensive catalog, and make confident purchasing decisions.

Formación

• Formal education in UX Design or related field.
• 5+ years of UX experience in an agile product environment.
• Experience leading complex, ambiguous initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Strong understanding of UX, IA, usability, and product design best practices.
• Experience with responsive web design and design systems.
• Ability to translate business and customer needs into simple, intuitive experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead UX strategy and design execution for Grainger.com Search and Guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, ML, Analytics, and Merchandising to align on objectives.
• Translate requirements into elegant, scalable user experiences.
• Apply systems thinking to connect experiences across products and touchpoints.
• Incorporate customer research and usability testing into design decisions.
• Deliver high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and specs for implementation.
