Precise Systems is looking for a UX Lead based in Downers Grove, IL. You will own the end-to-end experience strategy, creating friction-free and conversion-optimizing interfaces for Radwell's websites. Responsibilities include crafting a multi-quarter UX vision aligned with key metrics, conducting user research, and maintaining a design system. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of eCommerce or B2B experience and excellent communication skills. Competitive salary between $85K and $110K, with additional bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of shipped work that demonstrably moved business metrics.
• Bias for action, high curiosity, and comfort working with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Craft a multi‑quarter UX vision aligned to revenue, NPS, and SEO/CRO KPIs.
• Plan and run qualitative/quantitative studies to gather insights.
• Own IA, interaction, visual design across desktop & mobile.
• Author UX guidelines and champion design thinking.

Skills

5+ years designing eCommerce, SaaS, or industrial B2B experiences

Expert with Figma and prototyping tools

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS

Fluency in A/B frameworks and analytics

Exceptional written and verbal communication

Education

Bachelor’s in HCI, Design, Psychology, or equivalent practical experience
