Ryan, LLC is a global leader in tax services and technology solutions seeking a Lead UX Designer to shape the future of our digital tax products. This hands‑on leadership role balances craft with team guidance and collaborates with product and engineering to deliver intuitive experiences.

You will mentor designers, guide design direction, and champion the design system while working in a hybrid environment in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product/UX design with end-to-end ownership of complex workflows
• Proven ability to lead and mentor designers, raising team output
• Experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate design and research

Responsabilités

• Set design direction and elevate standards across our digital products.
• Mentor and grow other designers, fostering innovation and continuous learning.
• Guide teams through ambiguity and drive toward clarity and alignment.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and shape product strategy.
• Champion design systems for consistency and long-term cohesion.
• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions to unlock solutions.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into measurable design outcomes.
• Present design decisions to stakeholders and connect them to business value.
