Google DeepMind is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the content design team for the Gemini app, combining writing excellence with strategic leadership to uncover top user needs and drive growth across global user bases.

You will collaborate with product designers, managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and marketers to ideate, design, and implement solutions that enhance the user journey and business metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience on user-focused product writing including work in hardware, software, digital agency, or other relevant product areas.
5 years of experience in people or team management, including coaching, performance management, and continued development.

Responsibilities

Manage and coach a team of AI-native content designers, translating user needs into clear design solutions.
Shape ambiguous product problems into innovative experiences driving feature discovery within the Gemini App.
Elevate content design craft and advocate user-centered design across the product life cycle.
Evolve content design and UX writing for multi-modal interfaces, leveraging AI to scale guidelines and systems.
