Job summary

Google in the United States seeks a UX Writer & Content Designer to own content strategy for critical product areas, shaping voice and narrative across surfaces. You will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to craft clear, helpful experiences.

You will drive frameworks and information architecture, set goals with leadership, and influence product roadmaps. Experience with ML, NLP, or generative AI is welcome in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in UX content design, leading content-related projects in a tech product, or a related environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead content design for key work streams; scope opportunities, set the plan, and deliver high-quality UX deliverables that define strategy and shape product experiences.
• Define content requirements and principlesthat guide and shape AI response strategies and experiences.
• Stay current on the latest design trends and technologies in consumer technology, generative AI, and natural language processing, and leverage this knowledge to innovate.
• Influence UX and cross-functional partnershipsto align stakeholder expectations, drive understanding and alignment, and advocate for user-focused content experiences.
