We’re hiring a Senior Manager to lead the content design team. This role requires high taste, creativity, and the ability to uncover top user needs and pain points. The role also requires excellent writing skills and high judgement in order to define what good quality looks like.
As the Content Design lead, you’ll play a critical role in building new experiences for the Gemini app that are both helpful and delightful for global Gemini users. You'll operate as a strategic partner across the Gemini team, collaborating cross-functionally with product designers, product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and marketers. Together, you'll ideate, design, and implement solutions that not only enhance the user journey but also drive key growth metrics.
A core aspect of this role involves becoming an expert in our users' needs. This means gaining a profound understanding of various user behaviors, preferences, and pain points across various geographies, platforms (web, mobile, etc.), and audience segments. You'll leverage this expertise to inform your design decisions and ensure our solutions are truly user‑centric.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $214000 - $298000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits.
