Job summary

CRH's HK Contractors in Idaho Falls seeks a capable foreman to lead crews installing, maintaining, and repairing water, storm, and sewer infrastructure. You will coach teams, ensure safety, and meet project goals.

Responsibilities include planning daily work, coordinating with project managers, inspecting workmanship, and documenting labor and materials. Ideal candidates have leadership experience and strong knowledge of utility construction.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience as a foreman or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and oversee crews to ensure productivity, quality workmanship, and adherence to company standards.
• Plan and organize daily work activities to meet project deadlines and objectives.
