Job summary

RealREPP is hiring a Manager of User Support to lead end-user technology support at our headquarters. The role remains hands-on with advanced desktop support and escalations, while guiding a team and partnering with executives on strategic IT initiatives.

You will work with modern cloud technologies, endpoint security, and enterprise apps, ensuring reliable service delivery and ongoing learning in a growing, nationally recognized real estate firm.

Qualifications

• Advanced Windows admin and desktop support experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating end-user support functions.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security principles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
• Solid troubleshooting across hardware, software and connectivity.
• Familiarity with Cloud IdP and security platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting enterprise apps like Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and organization in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-user technology support operations, remaining hands-on as needed.
• Oversee escalations and ensure timely resolution across teams.
• Support executive users and manage conferencing room tech.
• Collaborate on security practices and enterprise app administration.
