Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in process development, testing and deployment, and project leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• ITIL and/or project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT User Technical Experience team and staff scheduling.
• Develop user journeys, personas, and design frameworks aligned to roadmaps.
• Train business units on new products and services from Digital Workplace.
• Maintain knowledge base and lead change management activities.
• Collaborate with BRM, PMO, and stakeholders on deployments.
• Lead usability research, testing, and data analysis for design decisions.
• Provide strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.
