Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of process development, technical testing and deployment, and project leadership.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience; ITIL or project management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT User Technical Experience team and staffing for coverage.
• Develop strategic artifacts such as user journeys and design frameworks.
• Coordinate with Digital Workplace towers to improve deliverables.
• Maintain the knowledge base.
• Train business units on new products and services.
• Establish and maintain business relationships.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Guide wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Provide strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration to deliver products.
