Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America (DFA Milk) is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large, complex projects within our DFA IT PMO. You will coordinate with business and IT stakeholders, plan resources, and drive formal governance, risk, and change processes to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities include directing end-to-end project work, developing detailed artifacts, and mentoring team members and contractors to achieve on-time, within-budget results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management with large/complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or business administration.
• Experience with SAP, JDE, Salesforce, networking, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project delivery end-to-end.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define benefits and success metrics.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables; align with business goals.
• Develop project artifacts and communications per DFA methodology.
• Coach and supervise project team members and external contractors.
• Manage budget and resources; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
