Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or business administration.
• 8+ years project management experience in manufacturing or fluid milk marketing with strong leadership.
• Experience with SAP, JDE, Salesforce, Networking, Infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project delivery from beginning to end, with milestones met.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the business case and success criteria.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables; align with IT and business leadership.
• Develop and oversee project artifacts, plans, status updates, and communications.
• Lead staffing, budget development, and external resource contracting as needed.
• Coach and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Maintain governance, change management, and stakeholders communications.
