Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. seeks a Lead Coordinator to support participant recruitment for usability studies of medical devices.

You will lead the Outreach Coordinator team, build recruitment workflows, and ensure efficient day-to-day execution across active projects. Responsibilities include screening surveys, interviews by phone and email, scheduling sessions, maintaining records, tracking enrollment, coordinating with research teams, and handling incentive payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Comfortable conducting participant screening interviews.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Build participant screening surveys in the recruitment database; Conduct recruitment through various methods; Review survey submissions for eligibility; Conduct participant screening interviews; Schedule qualified participants into study sessions.
• Management: Provide participants with study information and expectations; Confirm appointments; Manage cancellations and rescheduling; Follow up with no-shows and late participants.
• Tracking: Maintain accurate participant records; Monitor enrollment goals and recruitment quotas; Update recruitment tracking systems; Document all participant communications.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate participant schedules with research teams; Enter participant information into scheduling systems; Ensure reminder communications are completed.
• Incentives: Process participant incentive payments; Maintain payment documentation; Update participant payment records.
