Job summary

Citigroup is seeking a Head Universal Banker in Simi Valley to lead a branch team while delivering exceptional service to customers. You will coach Universal Bankers and Tellers, execute transactions, drive sales, and ensure risk and control standards are met, with a focus on client experience across digital and in-branch channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers by modeling service behaviors and mentoring on sales, service, and compliance.
• Guide clients and team members in complex transactions and ensure exceptional client experience.
• Champion risk and control by monitoring operations and ensuring policy compliance.
• Present products and services and educate clients on digital channels like Online/Mobile.
• Act as subject matter expert for the branch and adapt to branch coverage needs.
• Learn and promote new products with a customer-first attitude and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Resolve account service issues and ensure complete client satisfaction with resolution.
• Encourage use of self-service channels and connect clients to appropriate partners as needed.
• Foster a warm, welcoming branch environment and drive a positive customer experience.
