Qualifications

• 2-4 years relevant experience in customer service or sales.
• Open, client service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Sales experience is a plus and desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Universal Bankers and Tellers in sales, service, and compliance.
• Guide clients and team members in the branch for complex transactions and excellent client experience.
• Champion risk and control by monitoring operations and policies.
• Present products and educate clients on digital channels.
• Act as subject matter expert and adapt to branch coverage needs.
• Provide coaching on Digital capabilities and streamline sales and service processes.
• Resolve client issues promptly and maintain transaction accuracy.
• Proactively identify financial needs and convert requests to sales or referrals.
• Promote branch incentives and lead by example with leadership and coverage.
• Foster warm, welcoming environment and strong teamwork.
