Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
10+ years of progressive engineering experience in telecom/fiber optics/submarine systems.
Proven track record leading complex engineering projects and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of optical transmission and network design principles.

Responsibilities

Develop technical solutions for undersea fiber optic systems based on customer requirements.
Lead technical discussions, bids, and project execution with customers and internal teams.
Collaborate across Sales, Product Line Management, Project Management, R&D, Manufacturing, and Marine Operations to define system requirements and bid strategies.
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering efforts during project implementation and validation.
Mentor junior engineers and support business objectives.
