• Experience launching new products and resolving manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiber optic assemblies, connectivity, and testing.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes; reduce scrap and improve yields.
• Lead NPI: evaluate opportunities, develop BOMs, routings, labor estimates.
