Job Title: Sr. Member of Technical Staff – Electrical Design

Location: Onsite | Industry: Advanced Communications Technology

Position Overview

A global leader in high-reliability communications infrastructure is seeking a Sr. Member of Technical Staff to lead the electrical design of next-generation undersea products. This role focuses on developing fault‑tolerant analog and digital circuits—including microcontrollers, FPGAs, and electro‑optic components such as photodiodes and lasers—for use in extreme subsea environments.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including electrical, mechanical, optical, and reliability engineers to deliver robust, production‑ready designs. The position also includes responsibility for verification and qualification planning, as well as authoring test plans to support manufacturing integration. This role reports to the Director of Lightwave Technology.

Key Responsibilities
