Qualifications

• Extensive fiber optic manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with high-density fiber connectivity and MPO/MTP systems.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for fiber assembly engineering and quality.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for fiber optic assemblies and connectors.
• Lead NPI efforts from concept to production launch and customer qualification.
• Work with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Quality to accelerate RFQ responses and quotes.
• Mentor engineers and establish repeatable engineering practices and documentation.
