Job summary

North Sky is seeking an experienced Underground Telecom Supervisor to lead daily underground operations, manage crews, and uphold strict safety and environmental standards. You will balance production targets with crew safety, coordinate equipment usage, and ensure activities align with mine plans and regulatory guidelines.

The role requires 3–5 years of underground ops experience and relevant supervisor certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of underground operations experience including supervision.
• State or federal supervisor/mine safety certifications (e.g., Underground Mine Foreman).
• Ability to read mine plans and drawings; familiarity with underground equipment.
• Leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Schedule flexibility for rotating shifts, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Crew leadership & supervision on underground operations.
• Safety & regulatory compliance (MSHA/OSHA).
• Operational planning interpreting mine plans and drawings.
• Production and downtime management with maintenance coordination.
• Conflict resolution and team building.
