Qualifications

• CDL license, high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong independent work ethic, proactive problem-solving, and a team-first safety focus.
• Capable of lifting 55+ lbs, working in varied weather, and overtime when needed.
• Readiness to work in remote locations and confined spaces, with exposure to heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead underground operations: load, deliver, and excavate for telecom installations.
• Drive project quality: install cables, inspect machinery, complete daily reports.
• Mentor and collaborate: work with Level I laborers and supervisors; ensure site cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols, comply with policies, and perform other duties as assigned.
