Job summary

NORLEE INVESTMENTS LLC is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Augusta, GA to oversee underground utility construction from estimating through closeout. The role requires managing budgets, schedules, and client expectations while ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to contracts.

The ideal candidate has strong estimating skills, experience with open excavation and HDD, and is able to coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with underground construction projects and open excavation
• Ability to review contracts, blueprints, specs, and utility schematics
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills
• Strong estimating skills and change order management
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time
• Established book of business in Jacksonville market (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to meet timelines, budgets, and scopes.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Maintain all project documentation: contracts, submittals, change orders, reports, closeout materials.
• Review and negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Lead kickoff and progress meetings with clear minutes and logs.
