Job summary

Electra Grid Solutions is seeking a field supervisor to lead Linemen, Apprentices, and Groundmen on outdoor utility projects in Georgia. You will supervise crews, read site plans, coordinate on-site operations, and ensure safety protocols and schedules are aligned.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience leading underground utility distribution crews, strong communication, and the ability to read electrical drawings and manage materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and guidance to Linemen, Apprentices, and Groundmen
• Coordinate all on-site operations, including crew mobilization, planning, and equipment setup
• Ensure safety protocols are communicated, understood, and enforced
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment for daily operations
• Read and interpret site plans, electrical drawings, blueprints, and scopes of work
• Communicate effectively with Construction Managers, Project Managers, and stakeholders
• Oversee adherence to project schedules and assist in planning and budgeting
• Utilize or learn digital tools and mobile technology for site efficiency
• Maintain focus on customer satisfaction, productivity, and crew morale
