Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in heavy civil underground utilities construction.
• Preferred college degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Estimating background would be beneficial.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% with overnight stays.
• Proficiency with computer tools including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets and scope from conception to completion.
• Conduct site visits, review specs and drawings, and secure permits.
• Troubleshoot areas of concern and provide complete status updates to customers, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate pre-construction meetings and manage subcontractors' schedules; approve invoices.
• Maintain schedules and documentation to ensure timely, safe project delivery and regulatory compliance.
