Job summary

Salesforce in San Francisco is seeking a design system-focused designer to advance Informatica product visuals, ensuring consistency and accessibility across surfaces. The role blends UI mockups, icons, illustrations, and component specs, with AI-enabled workflows including Figma Make and Claude.

As a hybrid, you will collaborate with UX and UI engineers, govern usage documentation, and help scale the design system for enterprise web products, leveraging AI tooling to prototype and extend

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for enterprise web products with a strong portfolio.
• System-level thinking with knowledge of responsive, accessible, and inclusive design and how to translate into guidelines.
• Fluency in AI-assisted design workflows including Claude, Figma Make and generative AI tools.
• Understanding of design tokens and how design systems scale across teams.
• Experience writing or governing component usage documentation at scale.
• Strong visual design skills and a design-related degree or training.

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of the dedicated design system for Informatica products by delivering high-quality visual assets (UI mockups, icons, illustrations, components).
• Partner with UX designers and UI engineers to validate, scale, and ship design solutions for responsive and accessible surfaces.
• Write and govern component usage documentation to ensure standards are clearly understood and applied.
• Leverage AI-powered tools (Figma Make, generative AI) to prototype, animate, and extend design system components.
• Champion design standards through reviews and implementation support with development and QA.
