Child Development Schools is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide a two-year-old classroom in a caring, development-focused environment. You will plan engaging activities, document child progress, and maintain strong communication with families to support growth and well-being.

You will collaborate with a teaching team, ensuring safety, adherence to licensing ratios, and a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere where children explore with curiosity and joy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for the two year old classroom.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child’s development and share progress with families regularly.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and scheduled conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
