Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily field operations, coordinate with management on staffing, deadlines, and safety protocols, and mentor crew members to ensure productive work.

You will troubleshoot site issues, conduct on-the-job training, enforce OSHA standards, manage records and reports, and uphold superior customer relations while controlling crew costs.

Competenze

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements and work independently.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.

Mansioni

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices and conducts safety training per company policies and OSHA standards.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work and discusses access with customers.
• Maintains accurate records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• Controls crew costs through efficient use of personnel, methods, and equipment.
• Furnishes reports of orders completed, units of work, and crew time to supervisors.
