Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to plan, coordinate, and supervise field crews in the execution of tree trimming and related utility tasks. You will oversee daily work orders, train crew members, enforce safety standards, and maintain accurate records while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to work in variable outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for crew after orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on procedures.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Communicates with property owners about access and work scope.
• Obtains permissions from property owners for work.
• Maintains good customer relations through effective work delivery.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew-related reports.
• Controls crew costs and uses manpower efficiently.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed and incidents as needed.
• Cooperates with customers, police, and fire departments as required.
• Sets up barriers and safety measures to protect workers and public.
