Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily field operations and ensure productive crew performance. You will coordinate with management to address staffing, deadlines, and safety protocols while mentoring employees and contractors on essential practices.

You will supervise field crews, enforce OSHA-based safety guidelines, and manage training, paperwork, and customer relations. A CDL and a willingness to work in outdoor utility settings are required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and schedules in a field setting.
• Able to operate with minimal supervision and make independent decisions.
• CDL required.
• Weight limit constraint noted for safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and coordinate daily work for the crew.
• Provide field training and retraining on procedures and safety.
• Enforce safety protocols per policy and OSHA standards.
• Obtain access permissions from property owners and communicate with customers.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Manage crew costs and equipment usage.
• Report incidents and maintain equipment and housekeeping.
