Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily field operations for the crew. You will coordinate tasks with management, recruit and assign work, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards while maintaining productive performance on site.

You will train and mentor crew members, inspect equipment, manage timesheets, and maintain records. A CDL and prior line-clearance or utility experience are preferred; the role requires strong communication,

Qualifications

• Must have CDL and clean driving record.
• Able to train and mentor crew and enforce safety.
• Experience in line clearance or utility construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA guidelines and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and job scope with property owners/customers; refers controversial cases to the General Foreperson.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform required work.
• Maintains good customer relations and completes assigned work with professionalism.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports; controls crew costs and utilization.
• Furnishes reports on orders, units completed, and incidents to supervisors.
