Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is actively seeking a Trial Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload, lead depositions, motions, mediations, and trial strategy from intake to resolution. You will maintain proactive client communication and advocate in court to achieve favorable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation, with 5-8 years preferred.
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar; multiple state bar admissions are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high-volume caseload—about 150 cases, with ~50 in litigation each month, from intake through settlement or verdict.
• Engaging with clients with proactive, transparent communication throughout the legal process.
• Conducting depositions, drafting and responding to motions, leading mediations, and developing case strategies.
• Serving as lead counsel in jury trials to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
