Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $350,000 annually, with a starting base of $80,000-$100,000 and comprehensive support for your caseload. Ideal candidates are passionate about advocacy and eager to make a difference.

Qualifications

• Active and in good standing with the local State Bar.
• Experience in trial advocacy and/or moot court is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients.

Responsabilités

• Oversee approximately 150 cases, guiding each from intake through settlement.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients.
• Conduct depositions, draft motions, lead mediations, and develop strategies.
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials.
