You will conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, and serve as lead counsel in trials, collaborating with a dedicated team to secure favorable outcomes and uphold the firm’s commitment to client service.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar; multiple state bar admissions are preferred
• Must be currently located in the state where this job is posted

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload: oversee ~150 cases, with ~50 in litigation monthly, from intake through settlement or verdict
• Engage with clients with proactive, transparent communication throughout the legal process
• Conduct depositions, draft and respond to motions, lead mediations, develop case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials and advocate for clients' interests
