Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm with nationwide offices. We seek a Trial Attorney to handle a high‑volume caseload, from intake through settlement or jury verdict, while maintaining clear client communication and rigorous case preparation.

You will lead depositions, motions, mediations and trials, advocate in court, and collaborate with a team that includes case managers and paralegals. Licensure and strong trial advocacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law; trial advocacy and/or moot court experience strongly preferred
• Active and in good standing with the state Bar; multiple state admissions preferred
• Must be located in the state where this job is posted

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload with guidance from intake to settlement or verdict
• Engage with clients through proactive, transparent communication
• Conduct depositions, draft/respond to motions, lead mediations and case strategies
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials to seek favorable outcomes
