Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law with trial advocacy and/or moot court experience preferred.
• Active and in good standing with the State Bar; multiple state bar admissions preferred.
• Excellent ability to articulate case strategies and communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload (approx. 150 cases; ~50 in litigation monthly) from intake through settlement or verdict.
• Engage with clients with proactive, transparent communication throughout the legal process.
• Conduct depositions, draft/respond to motions, lead mediations, and develop case strategies.
• Serve as lead counsel in jury trials and advocate for clients.
