You will meet with clients, review evidence, and prepare cases for trial, aiming for favorable outcomes while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Candidates must have a JD, 6+ years of litigation, 5+ first-chair jury trials, active Florida Bar membership, and bilingual English/Spanish (a plus).

Qualifications

• REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
• JD from an accredited law school, Florida Bar in good standing.
• 6+ years of litigation experience and 5+ jury trials as first chair preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus; strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to earn client trust, discuss cases, and work independently with a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their case and provide compassionate guidance.
• Update clients and coordinate with insurance companies on claims status.
• Prepare cases for trial and try them when needed.
• Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and strong advocacy throughout litigation.
