Nationwide is seeking a Trial Attorney for its Trial Division to support diverse civil litigation in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation. You will handle lead or team-based cases across commercial and personal lines, under moderate guidance, with a focus on productivity, organization, and collaboration.

You will represent clients in various courts and agencies within assigned jurisdictions, delivering analytic, well-reasoned opinions and proactive case management while

Competenze

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• More than three years of civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant state.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills.

Mansioni

• Lead or contribute as lead counsel in trial advocacy for insureds across commercial and personal lines.
• Maintain productive case volume and manage cases with guidance from senior attorneys.
• Collaborate with claims and client teams; use technology to enhance case management.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws and procedures affecting liability and recovery strategies.
