This role requires substantial trial advocacy skills, independent case management, and collaboration with paralegals and claims partners.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• License: Active license in the state where the position is located.
• Experience: Typically more than eight years of relevant civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation.
• Knowledge and skills: Strong litigation, communication, and analytical abilities; ability to mentor and lead teams.
