Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license in the state where the position is located.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates lead counsel trial advocacy skills independently or with a team.
• Requires minimal managerial oversight from Managing Trial Attorney and leadership.
• Utilizes technology and collaborates with staff for efficient case management.
• Keeps abreast of changes in law and procedures affecting liability and recovery litigation.
• Develops expertise across NTD concentrations as needed by leadership.
• Provides sound opinions on case valuations promptly to clients and claims.
• Builds strong relationships with Chief Legal Officer office and claims partners.
• Communicates effectively with clients, claims, and internal teams.
• Mentors junior attorneys and staff in engagement, coaching and collaboration.
