Qualifications

• Current MA RN license in good standing.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily triage department operations and staff coordination.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing coverage, and PTO adherence.
• Monitor triage calls, messages, and clinical tasks for efficiency and quality.
• Review nurse visits for accuracy and documentation; improve protocols.
• Maintain vaccine reference resources and ensure guideline alignment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and onboarding support to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with providers and leaders to improve patient care and operations.
• Foster professionalism, accountability, and teamwork across departments.
• Help implement policy updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
